Problem:

Non-standard sizing and unusual shapes to meet the Designer's / Owner's vision. All-custom grills and gates made from solid bronze.

Solution:

Steve Machined a wide variety of sizes of grates and grills for the project. These Steve personally machined and textured for precision and appearance superior to water-jet, casting or other processes.

Once patina'd these became a luscious dark brown.
